Bandai's newest "RG" (Real Grade) 1/144-scale model kit of the RX-78-2 Gundam from "Mobile Suit Gundam" features a newly designed internal frame that's inspired by a semi-monocoque strture, allowing you to relive the construction of a Mobile Suit! The joint structure has a new design in which the parts that look like joints bend properly by reinterpreting the movable axis. The legs are a reconsideration of the hand-to-hand combat-style Gundam, and use composite frame joints to have an outline similar to that of a human body in motion. Details are engraved on parts that are not visible from the outside, such as joints and the backs of parts.
